AwARD-Winning finnish resource for free

Lyfta combines Finnish and British pedagogic excellence with storytelling, design and technology, to introduce one of the most exciting learning platforms available.

Lyfta's cross-curricular learning resources cover over 90% of KS2 Literacy learning objectives.

Most English state schools can get Lyfta for FREE* via the government-funded Global Learning Programme (GLP), by using GLP e-credits to take Lyfta's CPD webinar.

Step-by-step guide on how to get Lyfta for free:

1) Schools can register for the GLP here.

2) In order to claim the free e-credits, a member of staff will need to log in and fill out the Whole School Audit questionnaire, here.

3) Once that's done, please select our short GLP webinar from here and choose a slot from the calendar that suits you from here

Please note, at least one member of staff has to take the webinar for the process to be complete. Webinars last an hour and are designed to walk you through the process of using Lyfta in the school. If you have any questions or need help with this process, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to guide you.

Exclusive Offer for Essex schools: if you complete the process above before 21 December (i.e. register, fill out the form, book a webinar), your school will get a full licence for 14 months instead of 12.

Any member of staff from the school can take the short webinar online. Participating schools will be given full school licenses for Lyfta's whole suite of digital learning resources.

You can also purchase Lyfta's resources directly, without registering for the GLP. Our pricing is £500 per product, or £1250 for the whole suite, for 12 months.

Lyfta was selected among hundred.org's 100 most inspiring global innovations in education and recently awarded the
UN World Summit Award in Education and Learning.

*The GLP is funded by the UK government. All schools can join the programme, but funding is only available to Key Stages 2 and 3 in state schools in England. The GLP in England (GLP-E) is managed by a consortium of partners: Pearson (lead), Geographical Association, UCL Institute of Education, Oxfam UK, Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), SSAT and Think Global.

If you are from a state-funded school in England that teaches KS2 or KS3, simply follow the steps above to register, and the GLP team will be in touch to confirm your registration and e-credit funding. E-credit funding requires the completion of a short questionnaire, which gives you access to a range of CPD options, including Lyfta's course - which is packaged with our suite of digital resources.

Find out how to get involved and help your school join the thousands already benefiting from funding,* training, resources and support to teach global issues. For more information, please visit www.glp-e.org.uk.
