£1500 OF PREMIUM RESOURCES FOR FREE
Lyfta combines Finnish and British pedagogic excellence with storytelling, design and technology, to introduce one of the most exciting global learning platforms available.
Lyfta's cross-curricular learning resource is a great tool for teaching PSHE, English Language, SMSC, Geography, R.E. and Art.
Most English state schools (KS2 and KS3) can get Lyfta for FREE* via the government-funded Global Learning Programme (GLP), by using GLP e-credits.
Please see below for a step-by-step guide on how to register.
1. Schools can register for the GLP here. Please confirm your account by clicking the link in the email you receive from the GLP.
2. Once that's done, please choose a webinar that suits you from here.
Any member of staff from the school can take the short webinar online.
Participating schools will be given full school licenses for Lyfta's whole suite of digital learning resources. If you need any help with this process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to guide you.
*The GLP is funded by the UK government. All schools can join the programme, but funding is only available to Key Stages 2 and 3 in state schools in England. The GLP in England (GLP-E) is managed by a consortium of partners: Pearson (lead), Geographical Association, UCL Institute of Education, Oxfam UK, Royal Geographical Society (with IBG), SSAT and Think Global.
If you are from a state-funded school in England that teaches KS2 or KS3, simply follow the steps above to register, and the GLP team will be in touch to confirm your registration and e-credit funding. E-credit funding requires the completion of a short questionnaire, which gives you access to a range of CPD options, including Lyfta's course - which is packaged with our suite of digital resources.
Find out how to get involved and help your school join the thousands already benefiting from funding,* training, resources and support to teach global issues. For more information, please visit www.glp-e.org.uk.
