At St Mary’s, Monday mornings begin with an opportunity for children to look outward - and then, gently, back at themselves through a Lyfta storyworld. Lyfta supports a consistent, whole-school routine that helps children calm for the day, speak more confidently, and build a shared language for empathy and belonging.

In February 2026, 5,600+ students across 187 classes gathered for a shared Lyfta Live Lesson to mark Children’s Mental Health Week and this year’s theme: This Is My Place.
