As Senior Account Executive you will be joining our sales function within our commercial team. The sales function consists of the Chief Commercial Officer, two senior account executives (also called partnership managers) and a partnership assistant. You’ll directly report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with them to achieve business growth targets. The Senior Account Executive’s primary focus will be growing our product user base with Multi Academy Trusts and schools in the UK. As you progress and we grow, your role will expand to include further and higher education, teacher training programs and teaching school alliances. Specifically, you will:
- Own a sales quota that aligns to revenue targets, business objectives and goals.
- Manage and execute each stage of the sales process from pipeline generation through to closing small, medium and large deals.
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Create a territory plan to achieve our growth targets, including KPIs and other success metrics.
- Identify and convert opportunities into sales.
- Run effective sales meetings, clearly articulating the value proposition of Lyfta to MAT and school leaders.
- Develop large scale partnerships in your territory to increase the reach of our platform.
- Network effectively with senior leaders across the primary and secondary education sector to establish new high quality leads.
- Establish yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with stakeholders.
- Create in-depth impact reports and visual presentations for school leadership teams.
- Help schools to better evidence bridging the attainment gap.
- Shape our processes around MAT partnerships, developing innovative ideas to scale up faster.
- Drive campaigns to ensure that pipeline is built and sustained.
- Be a champion of our products and ensure the potential customers understand our offering.
- Plan and run events with support of the marketing team to engage key stakeholders and create awareness.
- Take creative approaches to cutting through the noise and use automation and new technologies to increase productivity.
- Collaborate across internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your prospects.
- Make recommendations for improvements and new features within Lyfta based on teachers’ quantitative and qualitative feedback.
