This assembly explores the British cultural icon of the red telephone box. These may not be as familiar to your pupils as adults that remember life before mobile phones and may therefore have less nostalgia value. By the end of the assembly, pupils should know about their status as British icon and recognise that they are worth saving for a wide variety of reasons.
