This assembly could be used as part of Healthy Eating Week (usually June). **Lyfta core theme:** Health and wellbeing. **Lyfta core skills and values:** Healthy Living, Self-Discipline and Self-Regulation, Practical Life Skills. **SDG:** 3. **National Curriculum objectives:** KS2 PSHE H2. to understand about the elements of a balanced, healthy lifestyle H3. to learn about choices that support a healthy lifestyle, and recognise what might influence these H6. to learn about what constitutes a healthy diet; how to plan healthy meals; benefits to health and wellbeing of eating nutritionally rich foods; risks associated with not eating a healthy diet including obesity and tooth decay.
