Assembly: Loneliness and connections

This assembly is suitable for KS2/3 but could be used in any age group. We will explore the importance of human connections to avoid loneliness. **The lesson plan 'Wellbeing and loneliness' would be a great follow up lesson as it gives practical advice and support ideas.** **Lyfta Core themes:** Community and Citizenship, Health and Wellbeing, Relationships. **Lyfta Core Skills and Values** Coping Methods, Empathy & developing multiple perspectives, Mindfulness, Resilience & Perseverance. **SDGs:**3, 11. **National Curriculum Objectives:** KS2 PSHE H16. about strategies and behaviours that support mental health.
