Attitude is everything

We'll meet Ali and his friends in Karachi, who formed a cricket team for fun and relaxation. We'll also discover some ways to build resilience and ask you to commit to trying one action to improve your own wellbeing.

This lesson is suitable for KS2 or lower KS3 and is adaptable. **🚦Please note that the issue of colourism is raised in the film. Our approach is that laughing such things off is not OK.
