Equality at work
During this lesson, you will explore the weaving workshop in Awra Amba and learn how gender equality is the single most important commitment of the community: it underpins all of its values, policies and decisions.

KS2 Citizenship 2g. what democracy is, and about the basic institutions that support it locally and nationally 4b. to think about the lives of people living in other places and times, and people with different values and customs KS2 English to retrieve information from non-fiction texts to use spoken language to develop understanding through speculating, hypothesising, imagining and exploring ideas.
