This is an ideal follow up to the introductory lesson, 'Strudel sisters'. Pupils will need paper and coloured pens for one activity (tourist leaflets). **Lyfta core themes:** Community and Citizenship, Culture and Identity, Health and Wellbeing, Relationships. **Lyfta core skills and values**: Coping Methods, Empathy and Understanding Others, Information Retrieval, Intercultural Competence, Research. **SDGs:** 11 and 15. **National Curriculum objectives:** KS2 Geography to locate the world’s countries, using maps to focus on Europe to understand geographical similarities and differences through the study of human and physical geography of a region of a European country (Hungary) to describe and understand key aspects of physical and human geography, including: types of settlement and land use, economic activity and the distribution of natural resources. KS2 Literacy to identify main ideas in reading comprehension and summarise to retrieve, record and present information from non-fiction to draft and write for different purposes KS2 Citizenship to think about the lives of people living in other places and times, and people with different values and customs.
