In this session, students will reflect on the role of kindness, visibility, and community in digital and real-world contexts. The session is designed to help students reflect upon how small actions can have wide ripple effects in fostering inclusive, supportive environments **National Curriculum Links:** PSHE Key Stage 3: L22: How to use social media safely, responsibly and positively. L24: Strategies for managing online identity and self-presentation. L27: Strategies for managing when things go wrong online. R41: The need to promote inclusion and challenge discrimination, including online. H5: Strategies to manage influences on decisions, particularly in digital spaces. PSHE Key Stage 4: L22: Understanding the impact of social media use on mental health and wellbeing. L24: Critically evaluating online portrayals and the pressure to conform. This lesson directly explores digital kindness, online empathy, and safe participation in digital spaces​.
