Lyfta Time #07: Giuseppe & Joeleen, USA

This mini-lesson can be delivered either from the front of the classroom using a central computer and screen, or for students who have access to their own computers or devices. This lesson introduces Guiseppe and Joeleen, fishers from San Francisco, California, who fish using the last trawler boat, the Pioneer. You could use it to explore themes such as: teamwork, innovation, sustainability, oceans and careers. Like ALL Lyfta storyworlds, these characters and their families are unique: we don't share stories as being 'typical' or as 'single stories' of people or places.
