Lyfta Time #10: Andrea in Argentina
In this short Lyfta Time session we will meet Andrea in Argentina, and learn how she recycles waste.
Teacher notes
This mini-lesson can be delivered either from the front of the classroom using a central computer and screen, or for students who have access to their own computers or devices. This lesson introduces Andrea from the Jujuy region of Argentina, who works as a waste picker on a landfill site. You could use it to explore themes such as: recycling, sustainability, consumption and environmental responsibility. Like ALL Lyfta storyworlds, these characters and their families are unique.
