In this short Lyfta Time session we will meet Geoff, a seafood chef in San Francisco, USA who encourages people to buy and cook sustainable fish.

This mini-lesson can be delivered either from the front of the classroom using a central computer screen, or for students who have access to their own computers or devices. This lesson introduces Geoff, who lives in California and works as a sustainable seafood chef. You could use it to explore themes such as: careers, sustainability and responsible consumption. Like ALL Lyfta storyworlds, these characters are unique.
