**Teach the 1st part of this lesson first.** In this lesson, pupils watch Mohit’s film, deepening their understanding of how stewardship can protect the planet’s most vulnerable species. Through the story of the Hoolock Gibbons, pupils see that empathy is not only about understanding how people feel - it’s about extending care to animals, habitats, and future generations. Encouraging pupils to think about the connection between human actions and natural balance, this lesson helps nurture an attitude of global responsibility and active hope - the belief that even small changes can make a difference. **Learning objectives**: By the end of this lesson, pupils will: Understand how caring for animals and habitats demonstrates responsibility and empathy.
