This lesson, the 2nd of 2 parts, revisits digital literacy with a focus on deepfakes and staying safe online. **National Curriculum objectives:** KS3 PSHE H13. the importance of, and strategies for, maintaining a healthy balance; H17/22/30. how to identify risk and manage personal safety, including online, H23. strategies for identifying risky and emergency situations, including online; R38. to recognise bullying, and its impact, the skills and strategies to manage being targeted or witnessing others being bullied; L20. that features of the internet can amplify risks and opportunities; L21. to establish personal values and clear boundaries (privacy); L23. seeking a variety of perspectives and assessing evidence; L24. to understand people present themselves online: positive and negative impacts; L25. to make informed decisions about media/digital content, develop skills to act on them; L26. that on any issue there will be a range of viewpoints; L27. to respond appropriately when things go wrong online, including accessing support, and reporting.
