This lesson is suitable for KS2. There is also a more challenging lesson for KS3. **National Curriculum objectives:** KS2 RE RE objectives as locally decided by your SACRE, which is responsible for producing the locally agreed syllabus for RE. We visit a sacred site for Christians Jews and Muslims, explore baptism and touch on pilgrimage, and ask learners to reflect on being in this special place. KS2 Maths - add and subtract numbers mentally or using written methods - solve addition and subtraction two-step problems in contexts, deciding which operations and methods to use and why - read, write, order and compare numbers and determine the value of each digit - solve number and practical problems that involve all of the above. KS2 English (reading comprehension) - to read texts structured in different ways and for a range of purposes, identifying main ideas and summarising these - to retrieve and record information from non-fiction.
