"We are thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented Charlie Phillips into our team. We met Charlie several years ago at the Sheffield DocFest where we initially pitched the Awra Amba experience. This was our first immersive interactive documentary film, and the story that sparked the creation of Lyfta. Charlie shares our passion for connecting children and young people with diverse human stories from around the world and helping them to develop their global citizenship skills. We are excited to work together as we take Lyfta's film production to the next level!"

"I'm really excited to be joining Lyfta, and helping to connect important documentary stories with young people, so that they can better understand the world around them and appreciate other cultures and experiences. Much of my career has embraced the far-reaching possibilities of online documentary releasing, and I love what Lyfta are doing to use the power of immersive video and online resources to allow young people access to stories which they would otherwise struggle to access. I'm really looking forward to bringing more global documentary talent into Lyfta's world"
